Brad Sharp, CEO & Chairman of the Board
Mr. Sharp has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics
from UCSD and has been involved in development and marketing
of high tech products for over 25 years. His medical device
career began with Baxter CVG in Japan managing the cardiology
business (1995-1996), followed by a GM role in Singapore
running CVG Asia (1996-1999). Mr. Sharp was instrumental
in the spin-out of Edwards Lifesciences where he served
as VP of Strategy (1999-2000). In 2000 he left Edwards
to join Orqis Medical, and to found Insightra. Today he
is CEO of Insightra, and also serves as CEO of Minos Medical
an Insightra incubated company.
Dr. Shane Johnson
Dr. Shane Johnson is the Founder and Managing Director of PaintBrush Capital Advisors, an independent strategic advisory and seed investment firm. Prior to founding PaintBrush, Dr. Johnson served as a Principal at Hamilton BioVentures, a Life Science venture capital firm. Previously, he worked as an Engagement Manager in the Life Science Practice at L.E.K. Consulting, an international strategy consulting firm and as the Director of Strategic Planning at two separate early-stage biotechnology startup companies. Dr. Johnson currently sits on several Boards of Directors, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Fountain Valley School. With an active interest in international health, Dr. Johnson has done considerable volunteer work in areas such as Latin America and Papua New Guinea. Dr. Johnson received a B.A. in Studio Art and a B.S. in Neuroscience (with honors) from Brown University, and was awarded an M.D. from the Stanford University School of Medicine. He is also a Fulbright Scholar.

Dr Jasmin Patel
Dr. Jasmin Patel is an international executive with broad ranging experiences in the healthcare and Pharma sector. Since 2005 he has been based in Mumbai, from where he has been actively engaged in healthcare and lifescience businesses in India and globally. He brings with him two decades of experiences across strategy, M&A, sales, marketing, R&D, and investing that span North America, Europe and Asia.Jasmin was Managing Director at Fidelity Growth Partners India between 2007 and 2011. In this role he established the team and fund to make growth capital investments in healthcare & lifescience companies as well as other sectors of the Indian economy. Prior to Fidelity, Jasmin held multiple roles with Novartis including COO for their India business and global head of disease area strategy and M&A for their pharma business out of Switzerland. He has also spent several years in the US with McKinsey & Company advising companies across the world in diverse areas including strategy, new product commercialization, market entry strategy, business development, marketing strategy, organizational design, and post-merger integration.
Prior to these management experiences, Dr. Patel was a R&D scientist for 6 years in California in the pharma and biotech sectors. His scientific accomplishments include: 1 clinical candidate; 8 patents; 20+ published papers, reviews, articles and abstracts; he has made numerous presentations at international congresses and academic institutions over the past 25 years.
Jasmin has a B.Pharm degree from Bombay University (gold medalist), a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry with honors from Duquesne University, and an M.B.A. from Wharton. He also spent 2 years as a PPG Post-doctoral Fellow at the world renowned Scripps Research Institute in California.
Rajesh Moorti
Rajesh is currently working as Vice President in Manipal Education and Medical Group in Bangalore. He has over 22 years of work experience in consumer goods and technology companies.
In his previous role, he was CFO at OnMobile Global Limited – the only listed company in the mobile value-added services (MVAS) space in India. He joined the company in 2006 and was a key member of the senior management team that took the company public in 2008. He played a key role in scaling the organization from a single country operation to over 35 countries, predominantly in developing markets.
Prior to joining OnMobile, Rajesh worked with Sara Lee Corporation in UK, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Household Products business, in the Netherlands as the Head of Internal Audit of the global Household Products division and in India, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Bakery business.
He also worked with the consumer goods majors, Hindustan Unilever Limited and Godrej group.
Rajesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant as well as Cost and Works Accountant.
