The Freedom Inguinal hernia system is a new concept in inguinal hernia repair. Using 3D geometry we are able to translate expulsion forces into radial gripping forces and this has been shown in pre-clinical studies to remove the need for invasive fixation. The design of the implant ensures movement in concert with the normal physiology of the abdominal wall.
