Minimal Urethral
Support is the blending together of obturator
sling techniques and the Mini slings. It gives all the benefits
of "Mini" slings, whilst retaining the crucial
aspects of obturator slings, such as external adjustability.
The key to the technology is the proprietary one way suture
system which holds the sling in place, making placement
simple and minimally invasive. |
